Starting her first class in a little church hall within the United Kingdom seaside town that she grew up, Leah proceeded to keep up her practice personally throughout her global travels and life experiences and knew that one day she would teach yoga for others.
Leah’s passion for yoga and meditation has spanned over twenty five years. She has been teaching for six of these, and her fabulous skills as a body worker reflect her life-long trainings in different modalities including massage, reflexology, birthing and reiki which also enhance her yoga and meditation teachings.
Leah’s classes incorporate a deep sense of connection to self, as she leads each student supportively into their bodies through intention and pranayama.
Guiding you gently through a mindfully sequenced class to offer you a deep sense of feeling into your body, connecting to your mind through the breath.
Leah’s classes allow us nurture, nourish and celebrate ourselves through the tools of yoga.
Leah’s classes are sensitive, dynamic, and soulful, safe, fluid and fun, leaving you with a deep sense of ease whatever your experience.
With optional juicy hands-on assists to help you melt deeper into your each and every practice.
Leah’s continuing training has taken her to workshops and retreats with
Shiva Rea, Clive Sheridan, Nikola Ellis, Mel McLoughlin and Katie Manistas.
