Dynamic Vinyasa

7:30 – 8:30 PM Mondays with Debbie
This is an Ashtanga style class which gradually leads the student to a vibrantly healthy body and mind.
A specific sequence of postures is practiced with an emphasis on moving with the breath, this creates heat in the body which ignites the bodies natural ability to detoxify on a mental, physical and emotional level.

Through regular practice, you will experience benefits such as strength, flexibility and stamina. Your body will have fewer aches and pains as well as improved circulation/ immunity and a calm nervous system, all resulting in improved quality of life.
