Franziska is a certified Iyengar yoga teacher. In her teaching she focuses on foundation and awareness. She offers a variety of yoga postures and cycles which create an energetic body and mental well-being. Franziska likes to guide the students through postures that have a stimulating, energizing, calming, internally soothing effect and increase the capability to concentrate.
True to the Iyengar yoga style she likes to help the students to experience a gradual understanding of their bodies and to increase their ability to focus, observe and to relax. She truly strives to create an enjoyable and stimulating practice session for students to become stronger and more flexible, which brings with it better adjustment to different life situations and improves health. She also shows genuine concern for injury and offers solid advice for working around the injury.
