Men’s Flexibility and Strength

Tuesdays 7:15-8:15         

This strength based class will see you tone up, lose weight, re-gain strength and develop flexibility.

Whether you are a runner, climber, golfer or surfer, you will benefit from this class, as we learn total body awareness, balance and working from the core.

Suitable for all ages and levels of fitness and those returning from injury. Ladies of course are welcome, but be prepared to work!
