Sports Recovery Yoga

This class is ideal for anyone who thinks they are too tight, or not flexible enough for yoga!
This class is tailored by Ana for people who train hard and play hard in their chosen activity – whether that surfing, running, cycling, paddling or golf.
By participating in the class you will gain increased flexibility and range of motion, healthier joints,
an improvement in balance and joint stability, increased focus and calmness of mind.
Reduced soreness and recovery time are welcome benefits of a regular yoga practice, as is injury prevention, a calmer nervous system, lowered stress levels and a stronger immune system.
All ages and abilities welcome. Family passes are available.
