If you’ve never experienced Yin yoga before, here is your chance to give it a try. An excellent release for tight muscles and nervous system tension, Yin yoga helps to balance out the yang of our highly active lives.
Yin yoga taps into the meridian systems of the body, restoring balance, rehydrating our connective tissues with deep, soft stretches giving us the space to listen more compassionately to our feelings.
