Thursdays 9:30-10:45am starting March 5th for a 5 week course

This new class will focus on integrity and alignment in yoga postures, so you get the basics right.
Suitable for all levels, this class will be slower than a yoga flow. You’ll have the opportunity to ‘workshop’ poses and at a level that is comfortable for you, so that you can experience the benefits of gentle and easeful yoga. You’ll progress each week, as you receive more detailed cues to improve your alignment and knowledge of the fundamentals.
Suitable for both beginners and experienced yogis alike, you’ll be able to work to your level, and walk away with many ‘ah-ha’ moments as you build a greater awareness of the what and the why of yoga asana (postures) and more.
