Summer Yoga Intensive: Reconnecting to your Inner Heart
Donna’s Summer Yoga Intensive morning classes commence on the 2nd January running through every morning to Sunday 6th from 7-8am.
This is a unique & annual opportunity to embody and recognise the value of connection and awareness between breath body and mind, as a way of taking care of ourselves, those close to us, and the subtle relationship with our nervous system and nature which is so important to de-stressing and wellbeing. You’re welcome to attend some if not all of the 5 days, but booking is essential.
During the week of 2-6th January, we will not be holding our scheduled evening or morning classes, as we encourage all of you staying local to start the year with Donna’s Summer Morning Yoga Intensive.

We have new Class Levels- to help you to find the right class for you.
1- suitable for students new to yoga postures and new to movement with breath awareness
2-suitable for beginners as well as students familiar with yoga postures and breath awareness
3- suitable for students familiar with yoga postures and experience at practising yoga and experience with listening to their own needs, breath control and posture modifications within a group class.
