Iza is a fully qualified Fitness and Yoga Instructor whose classes are accessible to both beginners and more experienced practitioners. She combines correct alignment with conscious breathing and leads the class with proper cues and instructions. She places emphasis on the transitions between postures and works on deepening body awareness by focusing on the breath-movement connection. During her class one can expect to build on strength and flexibility through the right structural and muscular support. She combines this with deep breath work and underlines the importance of practicing in a safe way without competitiveness or judgement.
A dedicated student of this ancient practice, Iza believes that yoga is a continuing journey that needs to be cultivated and nurtured. For this reason, and to constantly develop herself and her art of teaching, she has completed several teacher trainings in styles such as Hatha, Vinyasa and Ashtanga Yoga. Iza has lived and taught in countries across the world including Scotland, Malta, Spain, Vietnam, Sri Lanka and now Australia.
